Dannatt, Johnson refurbished the Fountain Brasserie at Woodcote Park, a grade II listed clubhouse of the Royal Automobile Club in Epsom.
The existing kitchen and bar service spaces were re-imagined along with the infrastructure and sensitive re-planning, reconfiguration of the bar and cellar, and the introduction of a specialist preparation kitchen.
The restaurant interior was fully refurbished, including the furniture, fittings, finishes and artwork.
The works were planned and managed to enable the busy clubhouse to remain in operation for the duration.
