The practice has been providing technical assistance, advice and training on a number of projects in South-east Europe and the Caucasus for the Council of Europe since 2004. The projects have focused principally on the rehabilitation of buildings, ensembles and urban complexes of cultural heritage importance which have been affected by conflict, neglect or lack of training and resources.

These have included; technical assessment reports on the religious buildings, ensembles and cultural sites damaged in March 2004 in Kosovo; participation in the Integrated Rehabilitation Project Plan and Survey of the Architectural and Archaeological Heritage of South East Europe 2004 to present. Consultation work in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Romania and ‘the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM); Assessment Mission on the situation of the cultural heritage in the conflict zone of Georgia; and the Kyiv Initiative Regional Programme, Rehabilitation of the Cultural Heritage in Historic Towns.
